Not sure whether we can fix it? Book anyway and tell us what’s happening. If it’s not a Quick Fix job, we’ll say so before you pay for anything extra.

How it works

1. Book: list what’s wrong on the short form, most important first.

2. We connect remotely: we work through your list with you, from wherever you are.

3. It’s fixed: you carry on working, and you know what we did.

What you walk away with

Working fixes for as much as we get through in the hour, and a plain explanation of what was wrong, so you know what to do if it happens again.

If it turns out to be bigger

Sometimes a “slow laptop” is really a failing drive or an unprotected business. If that happens, or your list needs more than 60 minutes, we tell you before it costs more, and you decide what to do next. We never start extra work without your agreement.

What next

If you find yourself calling for help every month, a monthly plan may suit you better than paying for each fix. Essential is R799/month and includes 1 hour of remote support, backup checks and a monthly check-in.
